I've been working the past few days. Here is the mostly finished quilt--I just have the binding left to do. I don't think it's bad for my first attempt. I did stitch-in-the-ditch for the zig zag and free motion curly q's on the border. I just have the binding still to go!

Wow that looks great! I haven't yet learned to do free motion quilting as my current machine can't handle it. I am buying a used machine tomorrow to start the actual quilting of the SO many tops I have.

Oh my gosh!! Truly, I am trying to guilt and not just tie it. My first attempt came out not quite like I wanted so I tried again. When it comes time to quilt it again I MAY just have to bug you a bit. :)
